Our mission
To provide best in class benefits solutions for Texas Operators, their teams, and their families.
Beginning in 2021, all Chick-fil-A Operators will be responsible for sourcing their own health insurance and other benefits. Through a period of careful analysis and discernment, hundreds of Texas Operators came to a realization that building a Texas specific association is the best, long term solution to their benefits challenge.
The members of the Texas Operators Association want the exact same thing you do: best in class coverage, robust ancillary offerings, great service, and the lowest total cost of ownership. As an association, we are being very intentional about how we spend and what we spend. The Association will not have any trappings of a traditional, physical association. We are committed to good stewardship of the Association funds.
Together, we can negotiate favorable customized plans, eliminate minimum participation requirements, offer our members additional benefits beyond health insurance, and assign a third-party administrator to ensure compliance. As a Texas-specific association, the TXOA can provide a best in class benefits solution for all Texas Chick-fil-A Operators, today and in the future.
